Absolutely! Every Ork player is going to want grot crew for their vehicles. So they make them expensive and reap the benefits.

Looks really nice. Shame about the cost. And about being badly cast resin. I guess I'll replicate the designs in plasticard for a fraction of the cost.

There are rules for it. Go to the download section And ALL the rules for the new guns, the new wagon thing, the big kannon for battlewagon are all on the pdf for that new vehicle... Something about being able to run 9 of them in a non apoc game with supa zzap guns... Ummmm WOOO

Wow, I really like the weapons in the Big Trakk entry!

I really feel like it fills something the ork codex is missing. Namely ridiculously awesome weapons -- oh and a cheap transport that doesn't blow up if you sneeze in its general direction!

I just hope those aren't the only 'big' weapons we're getting, and that the concept art for the Battlewagon-mounted Supa-Lifta-Droppa, Pulsa Rokkit and Weirdboy Tower all become reality.

Yeah, took a look at em. They look cool. All the new ork models that have come out over the past 2 years have been awesome IMHO.

Sweet Gork those are awesome.

Edit: Is it just me, or do they really really really need to add squadrons of Guntrukks into the next version of the codex?

Forever alone

I want that enclosed trukk. NOW.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

Yes, something other than a "Jervis-Pattern Generic Looted Wagon" would be awesome.

What does this mean? Jervis didn't write the Ork codex. Is it really necessary to sidetrack a thread about the new FW models with comments like this?

It looks as though FW have achieved a bit more interchangeability between their Ork models than GW did. Despite GW's initial claims, the Trukk and Battlewagon kits aren't really very interchangeable. By contrast, the half-track and the Trukk seem to be capable of being combined in several ways, and you've got a wide choice if guns to put into them. I think FW have done well in expanding the Ork look established by the new GW Ork vehicles (although I still think GW should acknowledge how much they copied Nightserpent's style). The Big Trakk is a great basis for building Ork tank conversions. I do agree with HBMC's earlier comment - it would be great to see the other super weapons for the Battlewagon.

What I'm hoping for next is a conversion kit for the Stompa, to enable it to be built as a Big Mek Stompa. It would only require a new arm (equipped with a lifta-droppa), a giga-shoota and a new head, plus some Mek-style gubbinz. Given the potential for boosting Stompa sales, it has to be in the works.

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Yes, Stompa Conversion kits is also what I'd love to see. I think FW could do some very good work there.
