Im currently working on a Ultramarine army, but rather than have a parade ground clean army i thought i'd go for beaten weathered look. The base isn't finished yet, but the rest of him is :

Any feedback etc is welcome, and ideas on how to the base are very welcome

I like it, it's nice to see an Ultramarine looking all weathered and not Ultra shiny and clean, I like the face too

Holy Moly... a space marine sgt with a helmet. Granted he is not wearing it but its a step up. Seriously though very nice.

That looks wonderful, where did you get the helmet? did you just drill out a regular helmet?

i think the cloth hanging off the shoulders looks pretty good although if you made the shading more cleaner would look really good , dont mind the head as well .

Great job, I particularly like the face and the fact that you've painted the areas that are typically extreme highlights in the darkest colours. I think it works really well.

I can see what you are going for on the crux and the skull on the shoulder pads but I don't think it somes off too well. They are the only parts I would revisit.
