this is the best Nid Zilla List I can think of for 5th. Let me know if you think it can be better.

One thing it does need is Shadow in the Warp.

You don't have boneswords? the catalyst means that in combat the 'fexs are always striking within 6" of the tyrants

I have seen my brother run a tyranid list in 5th with a lot of success. He only runs one Heavy Carnifex with the Barb, Venom combo. The other two are hand to hand beasts. I think that makes for a better configuration. Although it depends greatly on your play style. He also runs a flyrant with devourers. Im sure neither list is "better" but it may be a list you want to try. We play in Madison, WI and it is a fairly competetive 40k environment, and as Ive said, my brother does well with this config. Oh yeah, he gives a Venom Cannon to his tyrant with the guard since it actually has a chance of hitting something consistantly.

I've torn apart zilla lists like this often enough to not like it. Shooty 'nids go against everything niddom stands for; assault and eat!

Anyways, yeah, its a standard list. I always use an assault flyrant, 3x dakkafexes, and a heavy assault carnifex. Its never let me down either! A 200 pt, STr 10, T7 monster with 5 wounds is damn hard for many people to face down lol
