@grizgrin
Yeah, checked out the site as well but for Tau they only had premade foam for their own bags that would fit troops, not tanks and suits.

Will do - thx for the advice and the name-drop

Well... Lives in Europe so a lot of hazzle and expensive and what not, but thanks for the advice though.
Warlord Imp wrote:Email is the worst because they get swamped with alot of emails and requests (all of which are answered in the FAQ's). They do their best to answer them but if there is no order confirmation number to go with your email you may be out of luck. I think they give priority to those that have actually ordered.
Would imagine they did get swamped. And as I was unsure if they could outfit the foam I didn't want to purchase before the mail was answered, so didn't have a order number. But probably what happened.

Saw the videos on their site and he seemed like a pretty cool guy and they generally seemed to have a high focus on customer satisfaction - exactly why I was so surprised that I didn't get a reply and wanted to know if it perhaps was a spam problem
Warlord Imp wrote:EDIT: Also, I have PM'd a guy that ordered Tau trays by just giving the figures he has in his army. As long as you do not have any customized figures, I figure you will be okay. I have alot of custom kroot which I needed to send the outlines for. But it's all good.
Well... Have turrets for Skyray/Hammerhead that comes off with magnets, but will
PM him and hear him out
Thx for both the posts - especially Warlord really answered all my questions - but thx for the quick replys to you guys.
Cheers
