IYO what are the most useless weapons in the game? Not ones that are over priced (but that could be a factor too) but weapons no one uses, ever. Or just ones you think are completly useless and most others do too.

For me its the Zzapp gun. Half the time it dosent hit, its average str is 6-7, no real tank killing power and this is what its supposed to do. If its vehicle mounted it only hits 1/3 of the time, if you roll high you cant fire the thing for a whole turn. As it is Orcs dont have any reliable weapons above str 8 and the 1 (2 counting shokk attack) they do give orks is so useless no one ever uses them (aside from the odd player or 2, but I dont know anyone who uses them).

So what are your most hated weapons?

Dude don't Zzapp guns hit every time, BS doesn't mater. (Look in the 40k rule book ork summary)
IMHO a Loba is usless its just like a long ranged inaccurate shoota.

I can't hit the broadside of a barn with a multimelta. I think in all my time playing I've destroyed one vehicle with a multimelta, and I've taken a multimelta dreadnought in every game for the last year.

Whirlwinds come next. There's little they can do that a Thunderfire can't do better.

Bone sword the thing is terrible, it gives a useless psychic ability to the tyrant that only takes effect if he dies in combat from someone who goes before him.

I think you can give the ability to another unit as well, plus it comes with the Rash Lip.

For me it's the autocannon. Not enough strength, not enough shots, not enough AP.

Multimeltas in Tactical squads.

I wish I could give my marines tacs a heavy flamer and meltagun instead of flamer and multi melta.

It's actually a novelty when they finnaly kill something in a match.

Nevertheless, several grenade launchers targeting the same unit can be a pain.

Not if they all do diddly squat.
I had 3 at a squad of guardians. 3!!! And they failed.
(Ironically, one of them offed 4 Dire Avengers in the next turn)

Well, guided Guardians are not so bad.
After all, these lads are philosophers and poets

They were guardians. And they were in the middle of fething no where. And the lasguns did more than the grenade luanchers. That's...just...sad.

Hellguns... sorry, 'Hot-Shock Lasguns', as they're called now (or again, depending on how you look at it). They're useless.

Well, the way I see it it was not that big a deal back then because Glancing could still destroy a vehicle. How about making it AP - but making all Crew Shaken into Crew Stunned regardless of other rules (Like Extra Armour)

IG pintle mounted stormbolters. In the best case scenario they are no better than heavy stubbers and often are worse. The stubber used to be two points more expensive, but now they cost the same even though one is clearly inferior to the other.
Hellfury missiles. They're so clearly inferior to what you give up to get them you probably don't even know what they are.
