Just flicked up fleabay to take a look for space hulk sets (get my money paid in next week :()
Not only can i not find a single box on there (suprise!) but the only thing i can find is seperate terminators, and they are £6 each.

Any idea which way price will go on them?

Wanted a 5 man unit to replace my old BA ones, and these are perfect, and only a slight bit more expensive than the actual termie box.

Models im looking for:

Lorenzo - Power sword + Storm bolter
Valencio - Chainfist + Storm bolter
Noctis - Power fist + Storm bolter
Leon - Power fist + Assault cannon
Goriel - Power fist + Storm bolter (stealer head in hand)


Any ideas where i could pick these 5 up slightly cheaper?
Only interested in these 5 due to the poses of the models and the weapons layouts.

On a side note, i will be including a libby in termie armour in my army, but ill be buying the standard metal GW one, as the hulk one looks like gak.

To be fair, these guys are limited edition and not many people are going to part with them.

I am tempted to buy the 5 i have mentioned, but the ebay sellers account is not only new, but has 58% poss. feedback, so im somewhat worried.
Hence why im looking for a new source to buy them from.

I would happily pay $35 for that model

I would absolutely refrain from buying from this guy. You can never be to careful with internet transactions.

What about buying a full set and selling the stuff you don't need? This way you could participate in and profit from the gold rush Space Hulk Terminators are selling for 7 Euros in Germany, and I bet there's people everywhere that want to buy them single. I'm confident that you can make some money back by selling everything you don't need individually.

Tried to buy via GW site, and i just get an error message saying the site is down for repiars, which is somewhat odd.

Once my money goes in ill probly throw an add up on dakka for either the whole set, or for the 5 i need.


Ill keep away from that seller
He lists each termie as over 10 for sale on each, some of his feedback seems to be items not arriving, while others are items arriving 3-4 weeks late.

I think ill try a few places like hydra or maelstrom.
I rather stick to mainstream sites rather than a newer one im unsure of. (plus i have discount with hydra)
Only problem is, i cant find hulk on the sites.

The wait is finally over. Saturday 5th September sees the release of the iconic boardgame: Space Hulk. However, with the website now sold out the only place you can get a copy is in stores! So, get down to your local Hobby Centre this weekend, or miss out forever!

eBay is flooded with Hulk sets right now, and the game comes out in GW stores today.

Finding one isn't that difficult.

Is GW really going to only splash release this thing?

I can't think of any reason to produce such a complex product in such limited numbers.

They'll draw it out until the stock is gone.

Say 50% or even 75% of all their in-store sets go today. They leave 50% of the remaining sets in the stores and ship the other 50% back to HQ.

GW then does a 'second chance' online, saying that they have 'found' a few more (or whatever reason) and they go on sale again until they're gone. Meanwhile all the stores sell what stock they have but never get any more in.

Eventually they all do run out, and the prices on eBay shoot up.
