So far I have nailed it down to these armies the others I won't play or one of my friends plays that army (I don't like repeats.) I am leaning towards SoBs but I'm not completely sure. My previous army was a 2500 point SM army, I will be up against mostly IG, Eldar, Orks and a little bit of Tau. Please vote... Only 7 days.

No point in having 2 Space Marine armies, unless one really love Space Marines..
Grey Knights are pretty much an Space Marine army but with good looking models.
And Necrons I have never liked personally.

If you already have SMs, then the last thing you need are more S4 T4 Sv3+ models. Ergo, no Necrons, no GKs.

Also, we always need more Sisters players.
