You are a breeze of wind that takes on more and more flower petals, slowly bringing colour back to the world.

So the target audience would be towards people who just want to relax?

Yeah, reminds me a lot of Electroplankton: not really a game, perse, more of a relaxation aid/time waster and a visual audio program.

Flower actually has concrete linear levels made up of multiple areas in which objectives have to be accomplished before you can move on to the next area and beat the level. So in that sense, Flower is on the complete opposite Spectrum of Elektroplankton. Electroplankton is more akin to a toy, rather than a game. You can't "beat" Elektroplankton. You can "beat" flower.
That said, the game isn't tough, and it is definitely relaxing. The visuals are absolutely stunning and the music is wonderful. It even has an inkling of a story (though one that is clearly left open to interpretation.) My favorite levels are the first three and the final one. Restoring the city in the final level I can only describe as magical.
Earning the trophies will add some extra play time to this if you are so inclined to attempt to earn them. There some hidden flowers for you to find in each level (three or four I believe) and some other challenges in the 5th and final level that are trophy based. I think I got the trophy for blooming 10,000 flowers by playing through the game around 2-3 times. But like I said, I really liked the game.
The two secret trophies are stupid.
Flower does have the best credits sequence of any game ever I must say. Ok, maybe not the best ever. But I thought it was charming and a wonderful way to end the game.
All in all, Flower is a simply wonderful game, well worth your money.
