I'm looking for opinions and Ideas on this one.

Is it just me or does anybody else hate the deff dredd models. In an attempt to be origional I 'm going to try and scratch build one. For starters I'm going to be using the average ork for a design base since orks seem to model things from nature (STOMPAs come to mind). SO Imagine a mini Stompa that seems about right to me. Let me know what you think

not bad, but not what I'm looking for. I don't want to just loot a dredd, I want to come up with somthing off the chain

No the epic gargants look a little to rolypoly for me. It's gonna be a mutt I can see that much now. I saw a penaent engine a the store and like the loook of its legs, that may be a starting point...... this will have to carry over to a WIP blog. I llook forward to getting your further input as this progresses. Sketches to follow on the WIP

good call on the sentinel
i like the feet, but will have to beef out the legs like i was thinking of doing to the P E.

I'm thinking about a detailed cockpit with a sort off cybork crucified pilot

I don't know I still need to try and add some more knock out power in my army, and a couple of Dreds and a Kan MOB might be the way to go.

After getting off to a slow start I'v got the head built and the beginnings of the torso. The head is bsed from a coke plastic cap with plastic card wrapped around it and then more [plastic card and bitz eill have to be added. For the hips I'm using part of an old Ork Buggy, the wheel wells will make good hip sockets. The legs aer going to be foam core covered with plastic card. I could resist putting my mek bozy to work on it.

After seeing the wonderful works of art from forge world I am having trouble trying to get the concept for the leg and feet. That and I need to make a run to store for some plastic rod. Aside from having to rip the torso apart for a rework, not much is happening one the dred. anuyone got any ideas on an engine??
