Subject: Space Hulk Rules Questions?

Okay, I think I post these here.
1.) If a genestealer and a sergeant are in combat and both roll a natural 6, the sergeant gets plus one (ostensibly 7). Does the sergeant win? Or is 6 a cap, and therefore the round is a tie?
2.) I am on overwatch and a genestealer attacks me in close combat. I LOSE overwatch, after the round, it is a tie. Can I use a command point to shoot the genestealer? If I do this, does this count as overwatch shooting for jamming purposes? Does this continue my streak for rapid fire?
3.) Another random example. I have two terminators in front of a door. One directly in front of the door is on overwatch. A stealer opens the door, I shoot on overwatch and use the second terminator to close the door with an command point. Is that allowed? The stealer opens the door a second time and I overwatch fire again. Is this rapid firing?
4.) Can I shoot at a genestealer in the square in front of me? It's better for me as a space marine than engaging in combat.

Sergeant wins. You can go over 6.
You may us a CP whenever a genestealer performs an action. I believe you can shoot him after he attacks and you tie. It does not count as overwatch (you lose it until you spend another 2 APs due to being attacked), and it does not count as successive fire. You kill on 6s.
I dont believe you can do this because how would the overwatch marine not be in the way? Even if this was allowed you wouldnt get successive fire because you must shoot the door, provided it is within 12" of the door. Whenever a door closes 12 squares or less infront of an overwatch marine, he shoots the door and destroys it on a 6. Its a rule that can be missed. (page 19).
4.) Can I shoot at a genestealer in the square in front of me? It's better for me as a space marine than engaging in combat.
Yes you may.

Another question. Adjacent squares. Diagonal squares are adjacent, yes?

They are for revealing blips and for movement. However to assult it must be the square directly in front. You cant assult arround corners.

don't believe you can. I think it says in the rules it has to be in front of you.

It says: "To open/close a door a model must be in a square adjacent to the door and with the door in one of its front three squares." So you can open a door diagonal to your marine as long as he's facing it.
