I took a case full of minis to the US soon after 9/11, and didn't have a problem (apart from having to explain them to every customs official I went past). They were plastic, however - I wonder if metal models might trigger concern. The best thing to do is ring the airline and ask.

Since you are flying with easyjet you will have to buy a seat for each individual model.

But so long as you don't take anything on the plane that you should not, ie a knife or some glue etc, there should be no problem with taking models with you on the plane.

If you have any metal models, you might want to check with the airline/airport and perhaps pack them seperately just in case you have to leave them with someone at the airport.
