Dont know if this is up already but this morning I went to order a nid battleforce online and it says that there no longer available. Anyone heard anything about this?
Im pissed cuz I need 4 more of em and there the only decent battleforce GW makes.

Heh, lots of nid models have been removed from the site, either for a new package or new models is my guess. (due to rumors of new nisd this would make sense)

Well I think it's clear that another Hive Fleet is incoming.
In 2nd ed we had Behemoth.
In 3rd ed we had Kraken and the whispers of Leviathan.
In 4th we had Leviathan at full strength.
So for 5th, we need a new mythical beast name:
Tarrasque?
Dragon?
Gorgandur? (Geek Points who know where that is from).
In tradition with the way the Nid codexs go there may be a forth big hive fleet and this one may be the big one.

My FLGS was reporting this last week in their Space Hulk unboxing video. Matt (the guy in the video) is a 'nid player, and he's suggesting that this means a new codex early in 2010.

There is already a fleet named Ouroboros, which is greek form of Jormungandr, I believe.

 I was planning to start a nid army and buy 3 battleforce boxes the next month. . Now I have nothing and the new battleforce box will be gak. No carnifex for sure into the new box (old IG boxes, we miss you!)

Codex
And Gargoyles
Possibly the Hive tyrant.
Wolves and Ig were with drawn about 4-6 months out..
late Jan -early Feb is looking for the date on the new Nids.

I'm kind of surprised they take it all down before the new codex. They might as well milk people buying the old stuff, and then release a new codex so they also buy the new toys.
Unless, of course, they're making everything more expensive, and don't want to lost the 5 bucks from someone buying cheap carnifexes.
