Same for:
Codex
And Gargoyles
Possibly the Hive tyrant.

So we have the following list:

Codex - Obviously.
Battleforce - Modified to have less in it for more money?
Gargoyles - Plastic ones surely. Will they become must have units?
Hive Tyrant - I hope they do a plastic copy of the current one, as it's an excellent design.

I think I can answer both of your questions:
- Battleforce will likely contain Gargoyles instead of Carnifex.
- Gargolyes are going into the Battleforce, and getting all-new plastics - of course, they'll be must-haves!

Indeed. I'm a fan of the 3rd edition paint schemes.
EDIT: and my bet's on trygons, ravenors, gargoyles, and wingled warriors/tyrants being pushed this codex.

Look at it from a marketing perspective:

The Trygon is a big, tall impressive piece they can show off. The Hierodule is just a bigger bulkier Carnifex.

Fixed that for ya
EDIT: but in all seriousness the hierodule was around when the old carnifex looked nothing like it. The modern carnifex was probably designed to make the heirodule model obsolete.

S'pose so. I remember being shocked when I saw the size of the Soul Grinder when it was released.

That trygon image is a bit misleading because they're using a prone guardsman.

Trygons are about 5 and a half inches tall and only slightly wider than a hive tyrant. In other words, add a termagant's height to a hive tyrant and you're looking at the size of a trygon. Still no more mass than a rhino, and doesn't even approach land raider/soulgrinder/monolith size.

Anyhow, all the more reason the Trygon and Malenthorpe should be regular 40k models.

Children of Jormungandr?

There is already a fleet named Ouroboros, which is greek form of Jormungandr, I believe.

A little OT, but anybody remember in the last HH DA novel, the "demon" that Luther wanted to capture said it's name was Ouroboros? Any ideas on that?

Oh yeah, and I vote for Hive Fleet "NeckBeard." It's gonna be the beardiest most TFG invasion the galaxy has seen so far. Parties shall be crashed, last beers in the fridge shall be drunk, white shoes shall be stepped on, Turtle Pie shall be eaten, and threads shall be de-railed. Fear the neckbeard.
