I recently purchased a squad of kasrkin only to realize, they aren't in my codex! are they counted as storm troopers or am im just SOL? also i have noticed that several units in my codex (techpriest and ministorum priest) seem to not even be in production yet. Are they coming out or are they just remnants of past versions?

Kasrkin are storm troopers.
Enginseers are on the GW store under elites (I guess they forgot that they are now HQs)
Priests are found in the Witch Hunters range.

They're counted as Stormtroopers.
Techpriests are Enginseers, Ministroum Priests are just labelled as "Priests".

Also, alternatively, you can use Kasrkin to represent Veterans with the Grenadier upgrade.

Kasrkin are Storm Troopers.

Tech-Priest Enginseers do exist, as do Priests.

Going to assume you have the Imperial Guard codex, correct? Kasrkins are Cadian Storm Troopers, but are pretty much the de facto storm trooper unit, though GW does make other storm trooper models. However, they are only sold in blisters. Techpriest and Ministorum Priest are both sold in individual blisters, as well, though you may need to ask your local hobby store to order them if you do not see them on the shelves. There are several versions of priests and two versions of techpriests, so check out GW's site to pick out the ones that you like best before ordering!

I did not see either of them on GWs website so I would guess that they are not in production yet. Given that they just released the new squad upgrade figures, I would wager a guess that they are going to come out in the future which would be pretty cool... I cant wait to field Genghis Kahn... errrr... I mean Mogul Kamir... hehe

Chenkov did exist, but like Al'rahem, he's not in sale. Kamir never had a model.

That certainly is the old Chenkov model from 2ed. They've just repackaged him...!

You don't necessarily -need- the actual minis of these characters, aderdere. Just as long as they have the same WYSIWYG kit load-out as the character they represent, you'll be okay
