I'm starting to get together some plans to make an Isengard scenry for my army.
I am new to making scenery so i am wantng some help with ideas for making the outer wall and some mine workings. Any help here is welcome.
I also need help to find some decent materials to make the scenery, again any help is appreciated.

For the actual tower itself i would never be able to make one as i'm 14 and such a task would take ages and i would mess it up but i have found an alternative to making my own one. Puzz 3d make some 3d lotr sites, they make Orthanc, which comparing the sizes would go ncely as my tower. All i need to do then is glue the pieces together and atually build the thing, its only 350 pieces

So any help would be most appreciated, thanks

Uruk,

Looks like you haven't had any responses yet. I am going to suggest that you try asking in the Painting and Modeling Forum. But in the meantime, I hope this is helpful:

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

The outer wall can be made with house insulation board and a knife (or anything else that you can score foam with) and some paint.

You can buy a 120cm by 45 (I think)cm by 2.5cm board for about £3 ish from B&Q. Just cut it into appropriate sized chunks, score some brick pattern into it, perhaps use some cast off bits to build up a parapet and some stairs on the rear side, and then paint the thing stone colour
