Here's a little something I've seen. My votes would be a conversion, but anyone disagree?

Maybe I didn't make it clear. I'm wondering if it's a new model, or a conversion. I'm just not willing to risk the wrath of the entire forum by posting it in the news section. And regardless of which one, do you like it as a model? I personally would be a happy to field a force of such models. It looks a damn site better than the current ones.

Its a conversion, and not a very good one to boot. Slarwael is spot on with the bitz used.

The face part of the helmet definitely looks like a DE warrior, but the spiky part on the crown has been modified from the high peak of a warrior helmet. I like that part much better than the regular DE warrior head.

Ugh. Looks like Eldar guardian limbs and gun, and looks like it was baked in an oven.
I much prefer the standard DE warrior model.

Paint the thing in a darker color scheme. it isn't a bad conversion idea; you just need some better execution (and an appropriate gun, shuricats don't count).
|
Dakka. You need more of it. No exceptions.

What are you talking about? They're Space Marines, which are heroic. They need to be able to do all the heroic stuff. They fight aliens and don't afraid of anything. -Orkeosarus

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money
"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell
