Subject: How do people transport their Drop Pods?

Buttons Should Be Brass, Not Gold!

The GW drop pods are unwieldy as all heck to try and transport. Right now they go to and from my house in a shopping bag. I'll be painting them soon, so this mode of transport can't continue. I know Battlefoam makes foam sheets that hold the drop pods, but it still doesn't seem terribly efficient, as the most pods their sheets cover is 3, and I'd need 2 of those superthick layers - almost doesn't seem worth it, as it fill the entire case... I'm curious as to how other players transport their drop pods.
-edit- As this may be the wrong forum for this, Mods: Move if necessary. Thanks.

I just use one of those plastic storage tubs with a lid (they come in various sizes). The one I use holds 4 pods ( in a ^v^v arrangement), and it fits into my bag (it's around the same size as a GW case).
Padding is from foam offcuts from a store (Clark Rubber - they do foams and rubbers and such here).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

I figured maybe someone could cut them up and maybe magnetize them to breakdown, but frankly pods suck so bad for BA I never bought one.

I miss my old pods, before the model. Hard plastic drinking cups with storm bolters attached, painted in chapter livery, that still stacked up nice and neat. Very convenient, and it was far easier than anything that looked good and looked better than anything else that was easy.
