I believe your auctions are incorrect. Those are not Marines from 1990.

I'm sorry but you are wrong to state that.

The figures are from 1990 as it is clearly stamped on the base tab plus I also did buy them back in the 1990's.

I have also sourced links from Stuff of Legends to allow potential buyers further info on the figures.

The first link is info relating to the actual figures for sale

The second link is for general info only. It is merely to give details on the types of armour worn. These Marines were brought out around about 1993 / 94 which have the flush ends where the arms are joined. The items I have for sale are the Strike Force Marines above as they dont have the flush ends.

My listings are always honest and I never misinform any potential bidders as my positive feedback testifies.

If you would like to supply me with any additional info please attach links so that I can add this to my listings.

Thanks for looking anyway.

I didn't say you weren't honest. I think you took me a bit wrong there. Just thought I was pointing out an error.

Interesting, I have quite a few of those marines. I thought they would have been from circa 94-95. If I think to 90, I associate that with the one piece beaky marines.

No worries.

No the Marines are from 1990 as stated.

Possibly a pre-cursor to later designs?

I don't know, my earliest marines are from that time, but they're the one piece marines. I thought the multipart marines came later.

Yeah, most of the one piece Marines were still pretty much the Old Rogue Trader style.

I guess that these might have been the start of the Space Marine body with the additional plastic arms and weapons so that you could mix and match.

Some of the plastic weapons I have added from Marines produced a few years later but most of the figures have everything circa 1990.

The only difference from these Marine bodies and the later bodies are that they don't have flush sockets to stick on the arms.

Quite unique in a way.
