I have not heard anything definitive. There is more Guard stuff coming over the next 8 months (or so? I cannot be bothered counting it precisely). The remaining Russ' and the new Chimera are heavily rumoured to be included with this, but the Hydra/Manticore and Ordinance are only speculated at the moment. The Hydra (along with the Storm Troopers) is not supposed to be until the third wave, which is at least 12 months off, so you may as well do your own.

Don't be daft Kid.
This is the era of Jervis - also known as in ' Release Wave Hell' - we know nothing about anything until they 'reveal' it a month beforehand. We're at the point where not only do we not know when something's coming out, we don't even know if something is coming out.

Well, the artillery tanks are supposed to be on their way, seeing as the current Heckhound kit has some of the parts needed for it.

There is supposedly a redo of the Dark Elf Warrior kit, which is what he might be referring to.

Second wave my (Asian?) friend! Dark Elves never got a second wave, and I really don't think those crappy (except for the female dreadlord) collectors models count.
Elves, or Eldar?
Both...second wave for Elves and anything for DE, but this was more about waves than full on codex releases so I'm more interested in where my god-damned Elves are.

Hell, they need more than that. New dark riders, new black guard (plastic anyway, I'm not building a full unit of those guys when they're still metal), a cold one chariot perhaps, and I'm really interested in some new dragons and a manticore, since the current manticore kit looks like balls.

There is next to no chance of new Dark Elf Warriors. This has been wishlisting that was going on since before the first wave came out. They are relatively new plastics in an army that is almost all metal. Face it, no matter how much you hate the sculpts, they are going to hang around.
Yes, Dark Elf second wave is what I referred to. The Collectors Range release was not considered a second wave. The Dark Elves, along with several other races, will be receiving plastic cavalry for next year's campaign. Plastic Dark Riders and Cold One Chariots, at long last.

The current Dark Elf Warriors are midgets compared to most other Games Workshop miniatures. Their scale looks horrible next to regiments like Executioners. Like they dressed up their children and took them to the battlefield.
I once, long ago, bought two boxes of those... God knows why
(except for one Elf they are all still unassembled)

Now where have I heard that one before? Oh wait, a while ago someone was telling us that the stores were being flooded with DE stuff. Odd that.

I'm expecting a recut Chimera (probably sharing half the new Hellhound sprues), and then FW will release beautiful add-on resin conversions for all the Chimera hull variants like Hydras.
If you ain't rich, start converting...

WHFB models are being slowly scaled-down to combat the size inflation so rampant in GW ranges. So you're unlikely to see a new kit get larger, just more elegant, well-proportioned and detailed (like Goblins and apparently Skaven have).
As someone who waited 10 billion years for Corsairs to get redone and was then well rewarded with awesome new models, I'm just stoked to see the secondary units getting any love at all. Sad, I know.
Back on-topic:
@Kid, I can't see any harm in converting up some Hydras out of the defense platforms and Hellhounds. I mean, you know the new kits will still lack decent suspension and be pretty minimal as far as improvements go. A converted version will probably look way cooler than the actual release model.
