I was wondering how the Dakka crowd felt about me making a Knight Titan formation using this as the basis. The model costs $100-120 retail so I am not exactly going cheap on this.
I was figuring it has twinlinked battlecannons, 3 twin-linked autocannons, heavy bolter, and twinlinked missile launcher for weapons and making it Av 13, 12, 11 and 2 structure points for somewhere between 350-400 points.
Can anyone help me stat this monster (coincidentally called the monster)

Something that big and you want to saddle it with a single linked Battlecannon? There's a reason the Macharius sucks you know, and it's not just because it isn't a Baneblade.
For something like the Warhammer (or whatever it's anime name is - that thing will always be a Mechwarrior Warhammer to me), it should have two Battlecannons. In fact, compare it to a Baneblade, and if the size matches, make them both Baneblade Battlecannons. Two TL-ACs and I'm not sure what to do with the two slightly bigger guns on the torso.
If it doesn't have AV14 front armour, the it's not worth twice a Land Raider. It'll be worth about as much as a Land Raider +50-80 points depending on weapons. As for the other weapons, well a launcher of some sort for the shoulder mount, and then a bevy of smaller guns.
As for the Behemoth below it, that's easy. 4 Earthshaker Cannons backed up by 6 something else (take your pick - Lascannons, long-barreled Autocannons). Etc. Give it the Battery rule from Apoc (fire one shot, all the rest can hit that spot without scattering), give it AV14/14/12, 3-4 Structure Points, cost it at 450-500-ish, and call it a day.

Thanks for the suggestions. I didnt want to make them too overpowered where people would complain about them.

Sorry for the slight threadomancy but you might want to consider the older Matchbox Robotech Destroids from the 80's. They're a lot cheaper than the newer Yamato ones. I just picked up a bunch from ebay for 40k scale Battletech.
Edit: There's an auction right now for a Destroid Monster ending today, 04OCT2009. Current bid is $1.00.

I might pick it up myself.

I can't imagine an AV14 4 Structure Point walker the size of a big CoD building being all that over-powered. For the most part, due to the perception of power (rather than any real power) these things will attract more firepower, mitigating any potential over-power-ed-ness from being tough. And as long as you're not springing them on people unannounced, I can't see the issue. Super-Heavies aren't powerful, they're just barely viable in a few cases, and grossly underpowered in most other cases.

What about these rules:
- Warhammer -
Laser Destructor in each arm (Profile is a single-shot Turbo Laser Destructor with only a 3" blast).
2 Twin-Linked Heavy Bolter (mess in the center torso)
Exorcist Missile Launcher in shoulder?
- Rifleman -
Exterminator Autocannon w/ AA mounts in each arm.
- Archer -
2 Storm Eagle launchers
I have a Robotech Spartan too in the same scale (multiple rocket launcher in each arm) but I'm not sure about the rules because its a missile boat just like the Archer.
I want to paint them all up in Black Widow Company colors and use them for Knights in 40k and some big Battletech games. Was thinking 1 Void shield, 2 Structure Points for each, 14-13-11 armor. Not sure what the pricing would be.
