Haven't played in many WFB tournaments, and I'm suddenly curious - are spell lore choices "fixed" at time of list creation, or can they change between rounds? Take, for example, the ever-popular Herald of Tzeentch with Master of Sorcery. Is he stuck using the same Lore all day, or can he choose a different lore for each battle?

What about characters/items that let one choose a particular spell - can Kairos pick 8 different spells for each battle, or does he just know the same 8 spells that day?

For tournament games you will be rolling again before each game. You should probably do this at some point before sides and or deployment is decided.

Same applies to items.

"Fixed" lists typically mean you have the same Herald with the same options, not that he takes the same lore or same spells each game.

I'm pretty sure you get to pick your lores and roll for spells before each game.
