I have to say, There pretty nice Tutorials. The end result looks very much like a Normal GK Terminator.

Just thought I'd share them with all you GK players out there.

If they're that easy to convert into Crudsader / Templar types, I guess I will be willing to field Termies after all!

Cool, but one problem, they cost more if you do that, and, personally, I like the GK termies.

If I can get plastic Termies on deep enough discount, I will buy them.

I have to agree. It's certainly a nicely done conversion, but a head, storm bolter, and halberd does not a Grey Knight Terminator make.

The only thing is you lose the scripts written all over it but meh it's cheaper and lighter so lol.

This looks like an awesome way to make a grey knight hero out of a terminator... I could probably get all the bits to a single terminator for cheap and this would let me get a LD 10 DH psychic hood into another army on the cheap. Definitely saving these pics for later.

Again, it is NOT cheaper, take the extra bits into consideration:

-thunder hammer
-pintle mounted storm bolter

All togather they cost a bit more than the actual GK terminators. But I do agree, it could be used for a lord.

If you have loads of PMSBs from the old Imperial Vehicle sprue, then you just need a box of Assault Termies.

If you have a spare set of GK Halberds or Power Axes, then it's a box of regular Termies.

If you have *both*, along with decent FSB skills, then maybe spare Tacticals will do just fine...

Once again, it's just a crying shame that GW took a perfectly useful bitz service and.

People seem to forget that you can give them TH/SS. It's just not *AS* good.

Hell, you could even do this just with spare bolters. of which I have too many...

I am actaully going to do this, seen it done by a guy at my local GW.

I can't say that I'll be using this for Grey Knights, but I'll definitely be making a termi Sergeant or two from the guide.

That's nice and all (and kind of old), but you end up missing out on a lot of the detail and visual appeal of the Greys. It's okay if you REALLY want plastic GKT, but if you want GKs that look good and authentic, this won't pass. The biggest issue is probably the big hump on the back that non-GK termies have. After that, the lack of heraldry and etchings comes in...
