We have finished fulfilling all of the US "late backer" pledges that had not been sent out.

We will have all unfulfilled, international "late backer" pledges done tomorrow.
Hell's Belles torsos and Valeria foot fixes will be also be finished tomorrow.

Wednesday we will begin fulfilling all missing parts, missing items, and damaged products.

Glad to hear some movement on missing stuff- I was wondering where they were with fulfillment.

Yes, I already said. It's a very different game and needs a completely different approach to anything else I've ever played, but I've been enjoying it so far.

I especially like the mission system, they have achieved a great variety of possible scenarios through different combinations of a fairly small number of distinct objectives.

Protip: Don't be afraid to forfeit a model's activation to do the "hand management" action (Refocus, I think?)

I'll agree with Lord_Blackfang (although I've only played a few trial games so far)

Don't go in expecting to win by killing everything,

concentrate on your objectives (and if possible blocking your opponents)

My Hell's Belles and Valeria replacements arrived today. I got them in PVC, which is certainly more welcome than the metals I was expecting.

Has anyone received any missings items(besides the Belles and Valeria) yet? I'm still waiting on my battlemat, and I was curious if they've gotten to the stage of shipping those things yet.

They seem to be working on it from the info springing up in the thread on the soda pop forums

I reported it the week after gencon. No shipping notification was sent

I'm still missing my sophia drake card, which they told me would be sent out soon in an email dated Sep11

Is there a deadline for reporting missing bitz? I'm missing Darkspace Gabe's arms but I haven't even gone through all the piles of PVC yet and I'd rather not have to make a second request later if I find anything else missing.

No deadline this is the email I got about missing parts on September 3rd (the parts haven't turned up yet but I'm confident they will at some point)

I sent an email back in July, and I'm still waiting for a battlemat. I'm guessing they're going from the top of the stack? Last on, first off?

I guess the only thing they won't be impressed with is repeated requests for different missing bits

(have to send multiple shipments would get expensive fast, especially overseas)

Reported it at the start of August. It's been awhile.
