Plenty of stores that sell individual bits online. Might also try eBay as well.
Several vehicle kits come with them as well, off hand the regular Land Speeder (not storm) and Attack Bike have MM bits.

try eby, and online bitz stores for your best bet, though expaect to pay about 10usd for it, thats not covering S&H. in the same boat as you, I can't use online stores (the shipping would be back breaking and defeat the purpose for me) but being in the USA you should be able to get what you need no issue.

I guess you could cobble two regular meltas together.
Otherwise, yeah, hit up a bits store online or maybe ebay.
Also, ask around at your FLGS. Someone may have one in a bits box somewhere and willing to trade.

Go to Ebay and look up Hoard O Bits in the stores. He has tons of stuff. That's where I get my bits.

If shipping is prohibative (you have my sympathy Garuss) what about using a heavy bolter and adding either two melta gun barrels or two of the steam pipes from the Adeptus Mech CoD terrain?
