Subject: How would gamers deal with bad guys?

Was having one of many random conversations at my club last night and zombie's ended up getting mentioned. I think it was in relation to a movie called The Bunker. One of my mates points out that if there were gamers in the movie they would know straight off that you shoot Zombie's in the head, end of. So this got us on to other movies and monsters and that if gamers were involved how short the movies / situations would be  )
I'll start it off with Aliens:
"Ok lets get this straight Ripley. You say the Aliens harvest living life forms and use them to incubate their young? They fully grown critters are fast, brutal and have acid for blood? Added to this they are holed up in a highly unstable thermal station...? Ok... we nuke it from space."

That reminds me of the guy in Resident Evil that you have to kill with liquid nitrogen... he's an insectoid being too, so I imagine it would work on Xenomorphs.

hmmm... In a time where Zombies and Aliens rule the world, there is only one hope...
GAMERS!!!
Of course, I doubt anything in the world would go exactly like a game.
For example: You + Bullet = You dead X(
(Instead of surving point blank shots)
(And who can say wether shooting the head really DOES kill zombies?)

HA, ha, ha. Reminds me of another story from a mate. There was a post on a SoTR forum and an argument was forming over the German flying wing, psoters were saying it wasn't a feasible aircraft, it could fly in reality. It was at this point he pointed out that they were having this argument on a forum about Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies & Mechs fighting in WWII!!!

We do like to argue..
I grew up watching Batman TAS. One thing I learned from that, as well as other DCAU shows was that Bruce/Batman has a plan for every eventuality. Nothing escapes him and he has defeated every foe that has come at him. It has been covered in the books extensively as well.
After we got home from the second Lord of the Rings movie we got into a discussion about Gandalf and how powerful he was as a magic user. She read the books and fully understood just how powerful this gray become white wizard is. Her opinion was that he was the most powerful wizard in ever and him versus Dumbledore would be a good fight, but anyone else would fall almost immediately. I told her magic users don't stand a chance versus the Dark Knight. Things got hot. My wife eventually ran to the bedroom crying. I called my friend and while he agreed with me, he pointed out that perhaps if she was crying I had gotten a little too involved. Later that night we made up.
In Summation: I made my wife cry because I think Batman could beat Gandalf.
..in fairness he's right.
but for sheer awesomeness..
I had a close to knock down drag out fist fight with a fellow USAF Security Police officer when we were part of a four person guard detail.
We were discussing who would win. Batman or Superman. The movie had just come out, so he knew *all* about Supes. He didn't know dick about Bats.
The other two guys ended up getting between us before we actually started hitting each other.
During the fight, the nuclear weapon we were guarding in the back of the aircraft was unattended by us. Ah those were the days...
..perhaps we should worry less about the former USSR and more about the nerds.

We'd die, straight off. If you've seen any amount of horror movies, you know that whoever knows the most about what's going on generally end up dying. Plus, your average gamer isn't all that healthy, survival-wise. And obviously, if we were IN a zombie movie, we'd have no idea what the hell zombies were before hand, because that's how zombie movies work(the movie wouldn't work if your heroes knew the solution before the problem exists, that would be hella-boring). Watching a Zombie movie is like hindsight.

Man what's with the zombie craze lately? xD
Why not nazi's terrorist's or aliens maybe even killer kitty's why zombies??
But as I've said before I will kill the zombies with a axe and if I loot one a Automatic Shotgun. Canada has pretty tough gun law's so I'd have to assume the army or possibly the american army left one lying around.
If my mark didn't take thier head's off I'd make sure if they come back their just a bunch of twitching pieces!
As for Aliens? like Alien or zerg/ tyranids?

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.
