Do they look like MANZ to you?

Would they be tournament acceptable?

Good job on those, IMHO they look better than the GW which i've always thought looked to blocky.

As to being allowed in tournaments it probably depends on the organizer. As they are made from GW models they would probably be allowed.

Not bad, I'm looking at doing some similar conversions myself. I'm not convinced an ork leg would actually fit termy shin and foot armour, but haven't worked out a better method myself yet :(

I see no tourney problem with using these - they don't include any non-GW bits and it's obvoous what thay are.

Yea in all seriousness, there shouldnt be any problem at all. You made them from ALL GW minis. And GW usually say the conversion should be like 70% GW. If any staffer gives you a hard time, just tell them FLUFF WISE your Orks are more ramshakled. So your mega nobz needed to look more ramshakled then the GW box brigade. Then say, "you know the junk planet in the original transformers movie? Well my WAAAGH! took that over."

It will work. Trust me

They are very good conversions but i saw these before at my local gw where someone got a recently made ork boy and added lots of ork ard boy shoulder pads to one boy and he ended up looking like a mega-nob

I like 'em. Very cobbled together look. They do look a bit smaller than the GW ones, but I don't think it's a problem.

I'm working on a few as well:

Well I think that meganobz should be very bulky, like all orky things. So using plasticard some plastic rod and loads of time you will end up with the coolest meganobz. And you wont lose your termies! Just remove the torso from nob, then cut the feet out. Then make that boxy bit and put the head on it. After that make a pair of mega-boots and glue them to legs, after some rivets and pistons you should be good to go!
