What? Do you mean these?

They've been out awhile, as has the Thunderhawk.

aye, what Scottywan said, I would've got those FW termies too if they hadn't released the rather lovely need Wolf Guard Termie kit...

Either way I'd like to see FW make a Space-Wolves specific Ven. Dread, that'd be cool!

It would be ultra-cool. It would have to have a massive wolf pelt that covered the whole top of the dread, with the head and paws hanging down the front. (The size of the one Canis Wolfborn rides.) With a whole string of wolf skulls across the hips. Now I must go wrestle with the small part of me that thinks having a go with putty and dental tools will actually work, and not end up with something that would more likely fit in with my Plague Marines...

sigged!

I don't know about a MASSIVE wolf-pelt myself, but there are so many options that they could ponder with... but either way, they have to make one cause it would be uber-ultra-cool!

Take a look at the Space Marine with the flamer on the far right, Steve removed the canister and then placed it back in his hand to make it look like he was reloading.

First conversion I did were some guardians doing the same thing...

forgeworld thunderwolves and fenrisian wolves would be awesome... i'm unsure about canis i don't like the thunderwolf its weird shaped and as many of people have already said...looks a bit like a cow

converting thunderwolves would be a bitch as there isn't anything wolfy big enough in the gw range to mount spacemarines on.

i recently ordered a circle of orboros war wolf model which i thaught would work but i'm still unconvinced.... so surely this means that either GW or FW are gonna release models for them

The closest thing to Thunderwolves that FW do is the Rhinox. They're furry and ferocious looking, but would need a lot of conversion work to look wolfy.

I would hope that FW do them rather than GW, as metal models that size are pretty horrible to work with.

Incidentally, the FW Space Woof Termies are beautifully sculpted. There are two Termie bodies with heads that are perfect as characters, as they're more dignified looking than the (still excellent) heads in the plastic Wolf Guard Termie set. I plan to use one of them as Logan - add 10 Wolf Guard Termies and a couple of Land Raiders and that's 1500 points gone!

i agree the forgeworld termie bodies are excellent, i planned to get them and a box of gw wolf guard termies then buy some termie legs off ebay and cheaply make an extra 3 terminators with all the spare bits.

Rhinoxs would take a ridiculous amount of sculpting lol i wouldn't want to pay those prices for something i'd hack apart and rebuild! i'm too poor :(

Now this is a Thunderwolf:

I found it randomly looking for Space Wolf stuff. I don't know who Saul Remis is, but I like his work!

Many thanks, his work is very impressive. And definitely looks like what a Thunderwolf should, at least one an Iron Priest would ride!

I have a tough time believing that GW / FW don't have something already planned for Thunderwolves.

Maybe they did but, after all the Canis-Hate, they rushed back to the drawing boards.

I'm still at a loss conversion-wise and, being so slow on the production line, there may well be an official model by the time I get to them.

What, the old dreadnought (the one I own) isn't sufficient?
