Ok so this is my first list i am posting on Dakka and was looking for some help on it i would like some criticism on it please

So, how are you going to actually kill your opponents units? The Grave Guard could kill something, but they are the only unit that can. The Skeletons seem totally out of place, as do the Dire Wolves.

I would rethink the entire list. At the moment, you have 3 Vampires (9 PD), some Core units that won't do anything, and a small Grave Guard unit. You need to have more units that can actually do some damage (Black Knights, Varghulf, Grave Guard).

If you're starting with units of 10 ghouls and you don't have a vamp lord then you need to take summon ghouls on all of your vamps. Give your general dark acolyte, summon ghouls, crown of command and black periapt then keep him out of combat. Give your second one dark acolyte, summon ghouls and the book of arkhan. If you're going to make the last one your BSB then you can't take a dispel scroll. Honestly, I never make a vampire a BSB. Wight kings are much better suited for the role. If you're going to make a vamp your BSB then give him dread knight and infinite hatred or something. I'd probably drop him altogether and mount a necro on the corpse cart.

I'd consolidate the ghouls. Run two units of 15. 3 units of 10 will be too hard to raise to a decent size with just a couple of normal vamps with summon ghouls. Trim down the skeleton unit. You only need 20 or 25 of them. I'd just run 20.

Drop the grave guard unless you can afford to run a solid block (at least 20) of them with a wight king BSB with Drakenhoff banner. Black knights are a cheaper, more versatile alternative. They hit hard, they can charge through terrain and they're more maneuverable.

At 1500 points you really need to start thinking about taking a race choice. Vargulfs are awesome. They hit extremely hard and they're tough to kill. They're well worth their points. Blood knights are expensive but they can be hard for your opponent to deal with in low point games. Black coaches are good but there won't be enough magic on the table to make them really worth their points. A few wraiths with a banshee is incredible against 90% of the armies at 1500. Of course, any army that can deal with them will probably be able to deal with them easily.
