I was wondering are those swords produced or collected from tomb worlds.I think that they are collected because they are made from necrodermis and Imperium can't produce it.

A garden grove on Citadel Station

Since they are called C'tan Phase swords/knives I would say they are made by the C'tan/Necrons and found by the Imperium on tomb worlds.

Possibly an even better question is how does the =I= and assassin temples manage to arm every single Cadillus in the galaxy with one?

Maybe they raid inert tomb world, necrons aren't awake there so they just take the sword and run away.

Or maybe the Imperium is working with the Necrons... They do have a C'Tan on Mars...

Necron codex, it talks about an Alaitoc craftworld that found the planet that produces the Culexus Assassins. Before destroying it, the Farseer "farsees", and in every possibly future after they destroy the planet, the Alaitoc craftworld lies in ruins soon after.

Culexus assassins and Pariahs both have the "soulless" thing going on.

Callidus weapons...

The other two assassins seem relatively normal though.

But don't get all bent out of shape if your opponent looks disdainfully upon your lack of originality while tabling you in 4 turns because he's got beating SMs down to an exact science after fighting them for hundreds of consecutive games.

You make an interesting (but heretical ) point. Surely elements of the order xenos of the inquisition would be working hard to find out how to use all the necron nastiness for the good of the emperor.

You say the other two assassins are fairly normal? Have you seen the evesor assassin? That dude is totally wired, I've never seen anyone as ed up on drugs as badly as him
