Hi.
There is a picture of a plague marine on page 74 of the Chaos Space Marines Codex.
Where is the head taken from?
If I'm not mistaken it is not in the Plague Marines box GW currently sells.

You box should contain it. If you look on the GW online store it is the one on the far left.

I believe you guys are talking apples and oranges.
The pictured head is probably in the standard 10 Chaos Space Marine box, but it may not be in the Plague Marine box with PM-specific bitz.

The big picture is taken from the new Codex Chaos Space Marines, the small picture can be found in the old Codex.
Was this head in a standard Chaos Space Marines box?

It's the leftmost Plague Marine, with bolter instead of BP& CCW.

I'd guess the head is part of the (metal) body.

I own that box of plague marines including the figure on the left.
The miniature on the picture I posted has a different head.

From what I see, it's the same head, but painted differently.

This head variant is not in the metal GW Death Guard box,as the heads and bodies are all one piece in that kit anyway,nor does it apparer to be one of the heads from the CSM box (the body IS from the CSM box).
