Ok,so I went to see Saw Vl last night,and my basic reaction to the film was "meh",this genre has, IMO run it's course and to be frank,is pretty dull.
Basicly it's more of the same sort of stuff that's been in every other Saw film,I did get a few laughs from some parts,but I'm disturbed,so no suprise there.
The only real differance in this film,from the others in it's franchise,comes in the form of it's in your face message concerning health care and corporate America (guess this was pretty "hot button" issue when the writers were banging this out).
All in all,if your a "fan" of these films,you will be neither disapointed nor surprised by this instalment,if you dislike the Saw films,you will dislike this one even more,both for the splatter porn and for the transparent attempts at social comentary.

I stopped at 2 and havent been back since.

See,that's the idea Relapse ,perhaps with Saw Vll the writers will see the brilliance of "Saw..the Musical"

Saw one was cool, saw two was meh, I stoped at Saw 3.

I like saw.

Actually,I belive combining the two franchises would be a fantastic idea,I know I'd gladly shell out $10.00 to see those anoying feths from the "High school musical" films fed into industrial blenders and wood chippers.

100% agreed Frazz,both of those films are much more gruesome than anything the Saw writers have ever dreamed of.
