I think your army lacks a theme and is going to get trounced.
You have a 2,000 point army. One piece of it is a mechanized assault element. One element of it is a foot-slogging assault element. One element is a stationary shooting element in a battlewagon (or if you move it, they're not shooting at all). And one element is a "race around and do whatever" element.
You don't have an army, you have a mishmash of different types of units on the table at the same time. And none of those are meant to work in harmony with each other. I can't really critique your list and offer improvements because the whole thing is antithetical to how I think orks should be played, which is to pick a theme and run with it. Whether you want to be green tide, or mechanized assault, or ranged firepower, or kan-wall, or mechanized shooty, or super unit destruction....all of those "themes" can be powerful, and all of them work well in their own way. But where the strength in Orks is in maximizing the effectiveness of a theme and building on itself to be stronger, you've taken a piece of each of them, which is the weakest possible theme.
You're going to sit down across from someone else (take me for example), and they're going to see the perfect army to destroy. Any good army has some anti-tank, some anti-troop, some anti-horde, etc. You've got a single mega-unit that's going to advance "from cover to cover" by itself in a....trukk. You don't have other vehicles/trukks/tanks advancing with it (anything can kill a buggy), so the entire enemy anti-tank is going to spend a turn or two shooting at it. Meanwhile, your battlewagon is sitting in the back not moving, so isn't really a threat, the big shootas on it probably don't have range to hit anything, and can safely be ignored. If you *do* move it, the Lootas inside aren't going to shoot, and you only get to shoot one big shoota, so its still not a threat, so all my anti-tank is going to be focused on killing your trukk with the nobs and then your buggies.
Trust me, the trukk will die. Your nobs will end up on foot. And then, all that anti-tank is going to be turned against your nobs, who are out in the open by themselves. Even if I exploded your trukk and you're sitting in a 4+ cover crater, your nobs are too juicy of a target not to shoot at with STR8+ weaponry.
Meanwhile, you've got three hordes of boyz crossing the field on foot. I've got a turn or two before they hit anything, so my medium firepower can focus on your buggies. You're graciously feeding your army to the enemy a piece at a time. Against my two thousand points, you're going to send 600 points worth of nobs in a trukk by themselves. 2,000 points of my stuff is going to focus fire and kill your trukk and nobs. Now its 2,000 points vs. 1400 points. You're going to work across the table a bit, and my 2,000 points is going to kill your buggies, and start working over your boyz. Now its 2,000 points vs. 1,000 points. By the time your ork boyz get into close combat to mix it up, you're tangling with my whole army without backup.
The whole point of a green tide is to present more models on the table than the enemy can shoot down. If I field 150 models on the table, you're not going to get them all, and if I'm smart, I'll use gretchin or a boyz unit to grant the rest of the army cover saves.
I think you should reconsider your entire army list. Decide what kind of army you want to play. Orks are honestly probably the most powerful codex there is, if for no other reason than they can be customized so many different ways that you can't make an "anti-ork" list. Take advantage of that.

KK, i haven't really been that competitive and I'm only recently getting really involved in WH 40k... I can't rally decide... i dont like the idea of a foot slogging horde army but i dont like a mechanized list either The units i really feel fit the theme for this army are The Lootas (cause im deathskullz).... would they be fine without a wagon... and should i just take a grot squad as a shield ? I'd like to build from there so here is my revised list with only units that i really want in the army
HQ
Big mek- KFF, BP 90 pts
Elites
15 lootas- 225 pts
Troops
30 shoota boyz- 3 big shootas 240 pts
Nob- pk, eavy armor, bp
30 Slugga boyz 225
Nob Pk, eavy armor, bp
30 Slugga boyz 225
Nob Pk, eavy armor, bp
thats 1005 pts where should i go from here

If you really like Lootas, the focus on them. Take three squads of them as the centerpiece to your army. If you want them in vehicles, take three squads of Lootas, in three battlewagons. Put a Mek with a KFF in the center battlewagon, and you've got some serious shooty firepower with some serious staying power. Then, build a shooting army around them.
