Hi there,

Im 22/male, and while I enjoy rich social life, I always hid a nerdy side only few people knew about I used to play MTG for like a decade, but I stopped buying it because, well, the game changed a lot since 95 and I really dont like the aim on competative play and the overall flood of 10yo kids.

First Ive seen the 40K universe in circa 1997 with the Space Hulk and Final Liberation Epic PC games. I loved it (especially the Orks). The wargame itself seemed way too expensive though, so I continued only with another PC titles. I bought a 2nd edition Space Marine Captain model, but I hated the metal with its problems (ofcourse I didnt know of pinning). Just this year Ive seen the Assault on Black Reach box in the local game shop, looked at the pretty good price, started getting interested and finally bought it

Now I plan an Ork army (prob.Goffs) and a marine counterforce. In the future I might get few Eldars as well

I was watching Dakka for some time now and really like it. Hope you dont mind me hopping in

Well, it will take some time to get everything right, but I'll try. I love the way one can be creative with painting and converting Orks.

And Dakka is for sure great inspiration for that!

I almost always agree with Albatross, I can't see why anyone wouldn't.

Okay, so the male version of "Cougar" is now officially "Albatross".
