DPs should always have wings. Think of the base cost of a DP as being 130, and base equipment including wings.

CSM heavy weapons aren't good. CSm are best at short ranged firefights-you can take two special weapons, there's no reason not to.

Beef out the zerks. Anther one or two wouldn't hurt.

Raider's good, drop the Tl Bolter.

Big HtH Term squads are bad, especially when DSing. Drop them altogether.

Use any remaining points on Oblits.

Alright, I'll try to re-think some of it a little. What's wrong with CC Termie squads? Specially with the extra attacks from MoK?

There is no need to let the Obliterators deep strike.
They could give fire support while the Rhino and LR advance.
