Thats alot of armored goodness seems to me like the enemy would have a tuff time riping up all your armor, but you might want to throw in cheap old grotz to snag objectives so "Da useful boyz can go krak sum 'Edz!"

Ah I thought mabye you wer going to go up to a thousand!
Personaly If I seen that much armor on your field I might say I would crap myself in fear! At 750pts the worst I would fear would be mabye a Russ or Raider but they can't squeeze in too many so I would proabally come under prepared for a full auto slugg fest! My hat is off to you!

Thank you, my only problem is that killa kanz are very $$$$$$. Grrr, the guard get a plastic walker, but we don't. Also the deff dreads are the objective grabers, but mostly this army will try and annihilate the enemy.

I was thinking bout getting some kans myself but it would cost me way to much atm so I decided to go against it. Also what are you going to use for the deff dread because looking at them on the GW website they seem SUPERCAGAFRAGGALISTICEXPIALDOCOUS expensive $57.75 bucks for a little bigger dread, it just is so wrong on so many levels, More power to you though the list is giga sweetness to the max but with almost everything rangeing from $20-$25 it seems really pricy.
GL and may you grind your enemys under your lope sided treds!

I was thinking of scratch building them, mabye from actual kans, like pop or soup. I can imagine how happy cabels would be to know that their soup can killed many a guardsman. I will proxy a game first, just to make sure there are no hidden problems.

I don't understand how no one has pointed out that points values are off in this list...
1. KFF meks are 85 pts not 55
2. Deff dreads with twin skorcha are also 85 pts not 65
3. 3x warbuggies with twin linked rokkits are 105 pts not 120
4. The overall total of what you posted is 945 not 745
5. The total points cost SHOULD be 1030
Just thought i'd point that out...

Also, some advice...dreads work better with riggers and armour. Standard buggies are a waste of points, better with rokkits or skorchas. And while this would probably be a fun list...no scoring units is going to be a pain if you actually want to win games.

Well I didn't check through my codex sorry or I would have pointed it out. Still at 1000pts this is still alot of armor, but since you got the points mabye throw in some grotz to even it out to a thousand any problem can be solved by throwing far too many grotz at it, Whats more fun then watching grotz scream and die! Not much says I, not much!

Might I suggest removing 3 buggies and using the points to;
1. Give the other 3 buggies rokkits.
2. Give both dreads riggers and armour
Which then gives you 15 points to play with, so you could give the meks 'eavy armour and add an oiler to one...

Sadly the point of this army was to overload on light vehicles. So by removing some, you take away from the effect. Were an enemy of 1000 points might be able to take out 6 vehicles, adding 50% again is a real demoralizer, I was thinking of just cutting a buggie. Plus orks are best at their base. Thanks though.

Drop a KFF if you need points, 2 is a bit overkill, the problem with them is that they are going to be alone so they will be VERY easy to ID... You also do know that Vehicles can't capture objectives so you have no "scoring" troops, right? It's an interesting idea, it may work pretty well, but it suffers SO much without boyz and you auto-tie objective missions.

EzeKK beat me to it, but I can't believe no one else pointed this out...
But something to keep in mind here is that while a Mek can make a Deff Dread a troop choice, a vehicular troop choice can only contest objectives. That means that while you technically fill the requirements for force organization, if you're playing standard 40k missions out of the rulebook, you'll automatically lose 2/3 of them unless you can completely table your opponent.
That in itself isn't particularly difficult if you're a good Ork player with a decent list, but you really *are* gimping yourself. The "kan-wall" list which you're replicating is a favorite among ork players. The difference is that the two troop choices are ork boyz, and as points scale upwards they add in two deff dreads.
It'll be a risky ploy, but try this:
1. Drop a Big mek with a KFF. You won't need the second. In the list you were making here the big meks would die in the first turn because they have nothing to attach to or ride in and would get targeted independently and wiped out. No more 4+ cover saves for your troops, so you won't miss anything by dropping one anyway.
2. Add a squad of 20 shoota boys. Attach your Big Mek to it. Deploy your Killa Kans left, right, and in front of your boys mob with the big mek attached to it. Those kans have 4" coherency, and your boyz will all get 4+ cover save from being behind your big meks. March them up the field together.
3. Add a second squad of shoota boys in whatever points you can spare. Either march them up behind the kans too, or put them in cover somewhere hopefully out of line of sight of anything so that they can't be shot. Short of that, put them in cover and have them go to ground to get 3+ cover saves. You *need* to be able to keep your two minimal troop choices alive until the end of the game.
