Alright,
Though I play Tyranids and Marines, I am very very very tempted to sell my guardsmen and either remake them, or make an orky army.
I do not have the money to put together an awesome IG army. 600 $ is a bit much.
I can handle the 300 I've allotted for Orks. (Though, this list will cost around 360-400 in reality.)
So I have come up with this list, from the mega-force and some other smaller purchases.

HQ:
Big Mek, Kustom Force Field. 85 pts.

Elites:
Nobz:X10. Bikes for all, PoweKalws for all who can take it, Painboy. 705 Pts.
Burnas:X5. 75 pts.

Troops:
Boyz:X20 Nob, PowerKlaw. 155 pts.
Boyz:X20 Nob, PowerKlaw. 155 pts.
Trukk:X2 Red Paintjob, Grot Riggers, Boarding Plank. 55 pts.

Heavy Support:
Battlewagon:X2. Kannon, Red Paintjob, Grot Riggers. 200 pts. ea.
1475 pts ea.

Know, I know next to nothing about bein Orky. (as in, I don't even own the codex, I just use a point allocation spreadsheet.)

First of all, I was a marines player and now a ork player. Orks are now my favorite army so you should try them.
Sounds like a good list to me, I would make one adjustment. Switch out Big Mek for Warboss with Big chopa and warbike. That makes your nobz count as troops, giving you a huge avantage when playing with objectives. You can turbo boost on to the objective on the 5th turn.

If you walk a mile in another mans shoes you will be a mile away from him and you will have his shoes.

Alright, I will try and make that an alt HQ.
My plan is to eventually go mechanized green tide.
3 Battlewagons, big mek with KFF, Bikers, and many many many boys.
But objectives will be so much more helpful.
Revising List to better reflect.

Wow in the first list you've just invested half your points into one unit :( - nob bikers are good, but I don't think you need 9 of them all with power klaws.

Boyz need a bosspole. Its amazing how long 20 orks last.

I know you've taken the trukks for other units, which is fine, though, the trukks when deployed cannot hold any troops, only the units they were purchased for. And as your boyz units are too big they cannot fit in. So I guess your planning on putting the burnas into one, so first turn they would have to get into the empty trukk.

btw why two trukks? Your boyz will go in both the wagons and then the burnas in the trukk leaving one spare. Have I understood your possible plan correctly?

List 2:

Same as the first except with a warboss which goes with the bikers.

List 2 is better.

@ Mercer:
I put them in for lack of a better place.
The Megaforce includes one, and I'm trying to be as cheapskate as possible with this.
I can try to take both out, and try for another Battlewagon, if that would work easier.
I will add the bosspoles and see how it looks.
The bikers is due to my ability to order PowerKalw bits, and then slap them to all of them.
Should they be restructured, or just be rid of the power klaws?

Do you really need 9 power klaws though? I don't think so. Its over kill. You don't need that many, 2-3 tends to be enough.

I don't mean to cause grief but I'm trying to make the most out of what that megaforce has.

You cannot take trukks without taking them as dedicated transports and you can only take a dedicated transport if you have 12 boyz or fewer, so you can't have the trukk in the unit.

If you take 12 boyz and put them in the trukk with the same setup, it'll be about the same points cost as the 20 boyz, so you can take two units with trukks, but they'll have to be the smaller units. (btw, your points are off, the trukk is 50 points as listed.. I haven't checked the math on the other units...) I don't know if that is the loadout I'd go with - Armour and ram seems like a safer bet. Trukks aren't particularly useful for anything but getting a group of boyz from one spot to another as fast as possible. I'd get them out of it quickly so the boarding plank doesn't make sense to me, but YMMV.

If you do take the boyz in trukks, you can dump a BW and (wait for it...) take another mob of boyz in a trukk.

Use the extra points to take a couple more burnas. They work great in a BW with the Big Mek, but as with all things ork, the more the merrier. Heck, I'd drop a couple bikes to make sure I had a full load of Burnas.

With the Battle wagon, if you're using it to get your Burnas into combat, drop the cannon. Pick up at least 2 Big Shootas and get a ram or deff rolla for it. It's goal isn't to shoot, it's to move. Again, extra armour is good to. Whatever it takes to get your boyz across the board safely so they do some thumpin.

Haven't done points, so won't give numbers, but that gives you an idea. Game plan is nice and easy... Charge across the board and kill. Bikes take care of themselves. Keep the trukks within 6 inches of the BW and Big Mek. Keep the Burnas in the BW to template spam everyone they can.

You can't buy that trukk, the boyz mob needs to have 12 models or less.
Look up how to diversify the nobs mob, you can significantly increase their survivability if they all have a different set of wargear.
Plan on splitting the warboss off from the bikers after the turboboost fairly often. With T(6) and str10 swings he's borderline monstrous creature and can do a lot of damage while the nobs charge something else.
Those battle wagons aren't '200 pts ea', unless I'm missing something. That trukk isn't 55 either.

In general it looks like a fairly decent list. My only advice would be to read several ork army list threads (I'm sure you'll find several nob biker example lists) and read the codex before you finalize it.

Well, It seems I will just have to get the codex first then
In all regards, it sounds like I should be able to make this list out of the megaforce and such.
Perhaps convert my Trukk into a battlewagon..who knows? it could be done!
I will study nob bikers better, and I doubt I will fully load them out, but they will be designed as close as possible.
I will repost a revised list once I get the ork codex.

Hey there.

I suggest that you check out some of the other orky army lists on here. You're trying to go mechanized and there's quite a few mechanized lists around here right now. Read some of them.
