In Da Green Tide Formation, their is no indication on how many nobz you can add to your unit, but on the picture you can clearly see their is one nobz per 10 boyz ( so 10 nobz ! ).

the picture does not follow the rules presented in apocalypse. I serously think they copypasted a ten man mob including a nob x10 + Warboss.

The rules as presented let you take a mob of minimum 100 boyz. You can take any number more than 100. The mob is just like a normal sized boy mob except it also has a mandatory Warboss attached.

Since it follows the rules of a normal boys squad it can have 1 heavy weapon (either bigshoota or Rokkit launcha) per 10 boyz, they can take stick bombz, be ardboyz, and can upgrade one boy to a nob.
Additional rules allow you to take a mix of shotta slugga boyz.

To answer your question directly again, they follow the rules for a boyz mob (with a few additional rules), so one boy may be upgraded to a nob.

Of course you can. ICs can join any unit that meets requirements (not in vehicles with no room, monstrous creatures getting into vehicles, etc)
