For the warhound titans from forgeworld, if i get a mars pattern with megabolter right arm, could i get the lucius pattern left arm mega bolter and still have it work? Thanks for any help.

No, I think they attach in different ways. Megabolter would appear to be left-arm only for now.

Yeah the Mars Pattern arms have armour plates that define the arm they fit onto. While it would fit, it would just look a bit odd.

Sadly FW never made a right handed mega bolter for the Mars Warhound.

You can always sell your Mars and get two MB on a Lucius, I guess.
