Anyone happen to know of any good sources beyond "Rebel Winter", which I am currently reading.

I have so many unanswered questions...

Why do they wear feathers? What color hats denote what? What are their squad/squadron markings?

If you're just looking for books, then as far as I know Rebel Winter is the only one. (Which is a thrilling read, having only just finished it myself) You could try Lexicanum.com but I doubt it would have much; the guard codexes have a bit of background but not much. At worst you could always search google for "Vostroyan Fluff".
