Pre-painted AND 20-25 dollars. I'd be tempted to drop 100 dollars on the stuff next
if I didn't already have a ton of my own homemade stuff sitting in the FLGS.
Pretty much the stuff only really needs flock. You might want to base the smaller
ruin pieces to prevent tipping, but the stuff is painted, heavy, and solid.

Well, yeah. The stuff isn't marketed at you. But the rocky effect of their hills is a
bit annoying to try to recreate out of foam. I think kid happy has the nicest
rocky hills I've seen.

Otherwise, you have hills that are either sloping or terraced. Quite different from the
GF9 product. Automatically Appended Next Post: Mad Doc Grotsnik wrote:Linky linky?

Plastic or Resin?
Strikes me as having potential for WotR and LotR.

Wow, those hills are really nice - I may have to get some. I'm assuming they'd be a decent enough scale for 40k (I think one hill was 15" by 8").

The only reason I've kept away from the hills they make is because in my games I use them as clear terrain, the only thing they do is obscure troops, etc. These kills aren't very tall for that sort of thing.
But the buildings and ruins. I would put down some money for those.

Those hills look to be the same mold of the desert ones I won at the Mechanicon. They're nice and sturdy and have a felt bottom. I was thinking about painting mine up, I don't have much use for desert scenery.

I'd never pay for resin hills, that's silly...
I do like the GF9 faction-specific Warmachine terrain, though. That's really nice stuff, nice enough that I bought the Cygnar one for my friend's birthday this year.

I realize those log embankments are 15mm, but what's the scale/difference when an Empire mortar/cannon is put behind one? . . . .
Need that just a bit bigger.
