I'm planning to buy space hulk and converting those miniature usable as 40k miniature.

I will use marines and tyranids both side.

What base will be needed for them?
40mm? 60mm?

And I'm trying to re-decorate them.
What　putty will be good for making decoration?
green stuff?

40mm for the termies, 25mm for the stealers (so some will overhang their bases a lot), I wouldn't guess for the broodlord until the new codex comes out (presuming there will be a new model) but I suspect it may be 40mm to fit the Space Hulk broodlord look as opposed to the current not-so-great metal miniature.

In what way are you wanting to 'decorate' them - do you mean adding extra detail to the figures, or to their bases?

Where can I get extra base? I can find GW official but its so expensive :(

I will do cover thier blood angel detail and make skull or sword instead.

Galeforce 9 have some great deals on bases: http://www.gf9.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=64&products_id=369 They may not be plastic, but they are sturdy and available in most sizes.

Or you could get custom resin bases for all sizes off http://dragonforge.com/Painting%20service/for%20sale/gaming_bases.htm.
Oh and the broodlord model isn't being redone and you should use a 40mm base like the terminators for him.
