Hi there!

I wonder where I can find the rules for a death korps of krieg army. Is there a book/codex, or do I just use the IG rule-set?

Alsof if anyone has pictures of there dkok army, please post here!

Everyone has a choice. Me, I choos not to make a choice

AFAIK you use the IG codex. But I know FW makes some things you need their books for.

they have their some of their own vehicles and unit formations but generally they play 90% like regular guard. you'd have to get the siege of vraks books to get the specific rules. only the third book has been published under the tenure of the new guard codex so the older rules won't have the fancy toys in the codex that came out in may.

DKoK has nearely an entire Codex worth of rules in Imperial Armor vol. 5 and vol. 6 - Siege of Vraks. Then vol. 7 came out and rounded the trilogy with even more DKoK rules. They don't use 90% of the Guard Codex at all. Guard stuff is available, but most all of DKoK stuff that makes them what they are is in the IA book.

Centaurs, Grenadiers, Quad Launchers, Heavy Mortar teams, regular Mortar squads, Basilisk and Bombard seige regiments, transportable artillery (move your Bassy around the Apoc. battle field?!?!), different arty ammo types, Death Riders (which PWN rough Riders), Heavy Flamer squads... even more that I missed here.

I only have IA vol. 5, so I don't know if the amount of DKoK rules content in vols. 6 & 7 is comparable to vol. 5. I can tell you that vol. 5 DKoK rules make a stand-alone army. The only things you need the IG Codex for is wargear and vehicle upgrades.
