Actually, I think you will be blasted apart by anything shooty. If you meet anything killy, though (short of Assault Marines with Storm Shields, but let's not go there...), I'd say you're all set.

Alright then, the standard kan wall GONE WRONG.

Never take rokkits on regular boyz. Drop them, only take big shootas on shoota boyz.

Get bosspoles, aswell as the pks you already have, on all the mobs.

Take EA or cybork off the mek, only take one if you take any.

Drop the pks on the big meks, aswell as the bosspoles, your mek's shouldn't be attached to the boyz mobs, they should be behind the kans, blocking LOS from them.

Put grotzookas on ALL the kans, nothing else.

Bump mobs up to 30

Get some buggies w/ tl rokkits or deffkoptas w/ tl rokkits to make this list competitive against mech armies.

First off the mek if he isnt attached to a squad can be picked out and killed effectively makign them 30 wound hq's.. second the boys are 30 man squads plus 1 nob = 30 man squad

I love it, simply beacuse it apealse to me in every way, I'd drop the big bomm, that squad of DK should not be getting that close to the enemy, please post some points so we know what value you are aiming for. Also I hate grot riggers

Wired into a deffdread

Looks decent enough except that grot riggers do nothing for your kanz. In a squadron, "Immobilized" results equal "Destroyed," so your kan is dead before the riggers get to try to repair. That frees up 45 points or so for something else... buzzsaw(s) on deffkopta(s)?

i totally missed that in the vehicle squadron page. so i got a second deffkopta in my squad of one.. so the 3 squads are the same
and the list is for 1750

I pretty much love you, and this list, it is so orky. It embodies all that is ork. I have two questions; is it exactly 1750 points? What are you planning to do if you face a very mobile army? The deth koptas would be invalubale here. I just want to know your overall plan of attack with this army.

Alright, can you please tell me how your two big meks can be singled out behind a wall of 9 kans? I would really like to know your reasoning here, knowing that your back and sides are protected by 120 boyz, capable of killing anything with their size and the pk, aswell as the kans in front, laying down 2 s6 small blasts on each.

I would like to know. (Not to sound bitchy or anything, btw.)

If your boyz get assaulted, your mek is taken away from the kans if he is part of that unit, making them vulnerable.

march the kans foward with .. 18 small blast templates at str 6/turn
depending on what type of army i play might outflank the kopta's (ive seen many people have badluck with it) or i might jkust scout move them a 24" turbo boost bfore forst turn to get a nice shot or 6 on vehicles

Aside from that.. its massed numbers and always cover saves and ...killy stompy and some shooty

also.. a good stray shot or 2 can always find its way beween the 2 kans at some obscene angle where a foe can see my left arm so he tries to use that to shoot and kill me. AKA a jeremy shot

I would like to know how you think someone can't just shoot the meks? It's almost impossible to completely obscure infantry behind killa kans, especially from multiple frontal angles. Look at that huge gap between its spindly legs... I would almost say it can't be done.
Why you wouldn't just sit the most important models in your army with a boyz squad is beyond me.

The reason is the part you left out of your quote.

If your boyz squad gets assaulted, the mek is coming with, and the kans are on there own (or half of them or so)

That pic reminds me of how terribly shaped the kans fit on those bases, lol.

Up to you, I guess, you could do some clever basing to fill up the slot between the kans legs, pretty sure thats legal (atleast it is at my GW, not publicly, but nobody will say anything)

and fyi im not using actual orks for this army.. im using wargames factory's VIKINGS. so the kans will be made to look like wickermen and koptas will be .. idk yet but.. awesome

Awesome List. I run something very similar except I throw in a couple Deff Dreads as troops choices. I love seeing 11 Walkers on the board. Makes me happy. Oh and I'm only running 90 Boyz. Overall its a solid list but really quick armies will dance around you if you dont deploy right.

Here is the magic of KFF, it says "the force field has no effect in CC" luckily for orks this does not mean that it no longer counts while the Mek is in CC. but that units in CC don't get the save, this means that the force filed is still active, but does not effect the big mek and the squad he is attached to.

You just gotta love loop holes.

This final list looks great, its very similar to my Stompy Kanz Horde which i find to be very effective. I agree with KAron, The models of Kanz legs are a bit of a problem trying to obscure the KFF Meks but i simply based them so that you can't see through. What i tend to do is put my Meks with my two center squads so that they dont get into any fights. the reason why i put them in squads is so that if there is any "flukey" shots that see the Meks, the squads can take the hits. I tend to detach my Meks from the squads when they get closer to the enemy. For the reason that everyone will be in cc very soon and Meks don't help much,
