Prayer alone does not maintain the warjacks of the Protectorate. The mechaniks who learn their trade from the Vassals of Menoth view their duties as a holy necessity. They follow the Protectorate’s warjacks into the thick of battle, using the ’jacks themselves as moving fortresses. Armed only with his tools, the mechanik’s greatest weapon is his expertise to keep the warjacks running no matter how severe their damage.

while i want to like the model, i think it would look a great deal better without the shoulderpads

meh i like the model but the shoulderpads look a bit gaudy (is that the right word?) but they help tye back to the army with heraldry

I think the model is pretty nice; PP stuff usually [usually] is.
IMO, they needed to do this 3 years ago, when it would have actually helped PoM level the playing field, not now as fan service because every other faction can heal 'jacks...

Fah. I like the look of the model itself. But they gave the priest faction that sings hymns
to protects its 'jacks and powers them with chained wizards and souls of their fallen a
guy with a wrench?

Just a little sad because of this. Something strange and different would have
been appreciated in this case.

It's a nice looking solo, but what is it with the S&M and menoth. All of these sinners working with jacks are sporting somekind of leather masks more fitting to the bondage department.

Meh, they've been around in the fluff forever, someone's gotta bang on the Jack's boiler trying to get it to work. Their souls are probably damned if it makes you feel any better.

I like the model though, and his wrench is designed to look like a Menofix, which I think is a nice little touch.
