Things that are going to seriously grief you because you don't have an answer to them:
1. Monstrous creatures (Carnifexes, Hive Tyrants, high toughness models): You can throw multiple trukk boy squads at one to get powerklaw hits in at the cost of a bunch of boys, or you can throw MANZ at them and lose several MANZ to kill a monstrous creature...either way, you lose.
2. Genestealers/berzerkers/plague marines/bloodletters/Space Wolf jump-pack dudes with counterattack...anything with a lot of attacks and higher than I2 or I3 is going to mince you whether you attack it or get attacked.
3. Terminators with Lightning Claws: Your Manz don't have invul saves, and both they and your boyz are just going to keel over unless you multi-assault.
4. Vehicles: You've got no boarding planks, no rokkits...5th edition metagame is "Mechanized is King." Look at your own list. You haven't got ANY anti-tank. You at least need boarding planks! Dumping a squad of boys out to assault a vehicle....not so good.
5. Dreadnoughts: If you're going to rely on a nob with a powerklaw in a unit of boys to be the sole thing capable of harming a dread....you're in trouble. You always hit front armor, not rear in close combat - if you don't destroy/explode it on turn one, you're only STR8 with 3 attacks each turn after that.
Mechanized lists NEED a hammer. Something that can bulldoze into things you would be afraid to dump a squad or two of boyz into. If you play a tyranid player and you assault a genestealer squad with two squads of trukk boyz....you're probably still going to lose! At this point in evolution of my gaming, I seriously believe Ghazghkull is pretty much mandatory for mechanized orks.
