Not necessarily "versus" in the traditional sense, but given the choice between the two, who's your default and why? I personally go with Luigi after my hugely successful run with him on Mariokart DS. My bro and I traded off at that point, as he began to prefer Mario. This is untrue. Watch the intro to the Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, were Mario jumps in and Luigi has no wish to go along. Luigi simply doesn't wish to be the hero his brother is, he just wants to be a simple plumber.

Also Luigi totally gets the girl. He has Daisy.
