I don't usually bother with WIP shots but since I need to buy some more paint to finish this anyway, I thought I might as well get some opinions.

The bottom half will be painted as jeans, but I don't have any blues on me.


The hair and face I consider done; need to tidy up the neck area a bit. Just done the first coat on her bag, so I'll tidy up around the strap after that's done.


The gun arm is held on with blu-tac here, so final position should be closer to the body.



Overall I'm very happy with the way this is turning out - it's certainly an improvement over past paintjobs. Practice makes perfect, as they say.

I'm glad you like the hair, bubber. I was a little unsure of it whilst I was doing it, but it seems to have come out okay!

Christmas gave me FLGS vouchers; FLGS vouchers gave me paint; paint gave me the ability to finish this model. Not the best light in the world, but it's kinda cloudy outside. I'll take some better pics eventually, but for now, the finished article.




C&C please, folks. This is probably the most work I've ever put into painting a single model and, light conditions notwithstanding, I'm very happy with the result.

i really like it, the hair and face are epic, i think the gun would look better with a wash of something a like devlen mud? the silver is a real contrast, it needs to be more muted, alternatively use a darker red
