History: Around 124 million years ago, before the Imperium had been formed, before the Fall of the Eldar, in another galaxy, a race of beings, known as the Andromedan had already founded an empire twice the size of the Imperium in M41. The Andromedans, like the Imperium, had been on a quest of wiping out all things alien to them but until the Imperium, the Andromedans were successful. Now the Andromedans at the time had a tech level that was about the same as the Tau, they also had a technology that humanity once used to colonize other worlds during the Age of Technology, Warp Drive. However, Andromedan Warp technology, while it allowed the Andromedans to travel far distances it did not need any Psychic energy to function at maximum, instead it used advanced fusion technology made from millions of years of research. When the Andromedans finally had the entire Andromeda Galaxy themselves, they wanted more. Within 10 thousand years they developed a powerful technology, Warp Gates. Warp Gates would allow them to travel from the Andromeda Galaxy to other nearby galaxies and so began an invasion of several nearby satellite galaxies. When they decided it was time to take on a much more. In M12, during the same time as the Age of Technology, the Andromedans decided it was time to take over a much larger galaxy, and so began the invasion of the Triangulum Galaxy. When they arrived they found all of it's worlds and star systems inhabited by a race of filthy, hideous, monstrous creatures, the Tyranids. The Andromedans were disgusted by Tyranid's and their way of living. So began a massive extermination of the Tyranids which lasted for many years. The Andromedans used a specialized type of Bio-weapon called Genekiller, to combat the Tyranids, which proved effective as 95% the entire Tyranid population was wiped out by M30. Realizing that the power of the Andromedans was too overwhelming, the remaining 5% of the Tyranid population had no choice but to leave the Triangulum Galaxy and search for a new home, the Milky Way Galaxy. When the Tyranids left for the Milky Way Galaxy, the Andromedans abandoned the Triangulum Galaxy, as it was too uninhabitable for living. So the Andromedans set a task for to conquer a satellite galaxy, the Small Magellanic Cloud. After conquering the Small Magellanic Cloud, the Andromedans detected a signal from the nearby galaxy, a familiar signal that they hadn't detected in over many millenia, the Tyranids. When the Andromedans arrived in the Milky Way, they immediatly began to take over at leaster 1,000 worlds within a week.

Appearence: The Andromedans are massive bipedal reptilians similar to the Kroot but are much more larger in size are much more aggressive, a single Andromedan is said to have the abillity to punch a hole in a Leman Russ with his own bare hands. The Andromedan are usualy dark green in color and sometimes can appear to be blue or crimson. They have massive crocodillian like jaws filled with teeth as strong as the teeth of a Chain Sword. Begging on the back of their heads and neding at the end of their tails, they have spikey, fin like appendages. The Andromedans have great physical strength, in fact, the average Andromedan is as powerful as a Space Marine.

Society: The Andromedans are a warrior race. They, like the Orks, love fighting but they fight for honor and glory. They Andromedans are very xenophobic and are known to be ethnocentric. They want to do nothing more than conquer and destroy.

Government: The Andromedans are ruled by a Grand King, who has complete and total control. The Grand King is known to have great influence on the lives of the Andromedans. When a Grand King dies, he is replaced by an heir.

Millitary: The Andromedan Military can be dived into several organizations,
The Grand Army-The Grand Army number in billions, if not, over hundreds of trillions. They are the main fighting force of the Andromedan Empire.
Intergalactic Navy-The Andromedans' have an incredibly large navy. The Intergalactic Navy consist of massive warships that are as powerful as the ships used by Imperium.
Hunters-The Andromedan Empire's equivilent to the Daemon Hunters. However, the Hunters specialize in fighting the Tyranids.

You're bit exaggerating them,punching a hole in Leman Russ,teeth which are sharp as chainsword,big,reptilian,winning over tyranids etc.....

What? Another uber-powerful ancient race? With the bestest strength and weapons there is? Who explored outwith the known galaxy and commited genocide on the Great Devourer? And now they are what, nowhere to be seen?

Where was this huge empire btw, surely it would have rubbed itself against the already massive Eldar Empire??

If they are really, powerful they either need a great enemy which can easly beat them or a big big weakness that they cant defend against.

These guys sound like the ultimate foil for the Pan-fo. Or maybe they could be allied with the psychic gas bags. A race of physical beings, who are totally awesome! I cannot wait for them to be reviled.

I suggest you start with a statline, or a more focused concept. At the moment, you have reptiles stronger than Orks with more advanced technology than the Tau and better genetic manipulation than the Tyranids. They do not seem to have any flaws and far too many strengths for one race. Although you didn't mention it, I'm willing to bet their mass gives them T5 or 2 wounds and their thick scales give them a 3+ save.

Yeah I kinda just realized that they were overpowered and I just made this race for the fun of it plus they're going to be featured in a 40k I'm writing.
