Went from stern to unsure. Front arm just kills it.

I think I agree. Looks like he's perpetually ready to intercept a slap in the face.

They should have put it on his hip, or behind him. I'm actually not sure what that pose is supposed to be...

He looks extra buff, instead of slim & experienced. I think I'll stick to my old model...

I still can't get into the PP style, and this model (and the various Vlads) really exemplify why. The shoulder pads are larger than his head, and it looks like he has stubby legs.

I just don't get it.

Needs angry brows and a cigar in his limp wrist hand to salvage this model from wimpy baby-faced mommas boy to Hard eyed stonekiller filled with enraged contempt for the weaklings arrayed before him.

Dakka. You need more of it. No exceptions.

What are you talking about? They're Space Marines, which are heroic. They need to be able to do all the heroic stuff. They fight aliens and don't afraid of anything. -Orkeosarus

Well the old sculpt pose was spot on so the remake has no chance in besting it. Nice details like the medals on the chest, but I think the original is better.

Agreed, lead arm is oddly posed.

But the hand on that arm is easily removed and changed for another, perhaps with a pistol or dagger?

Gathering the Informations.

Needs a wall to lean on.

Although, he looks pretty much like the artwork that I've seen. Relaxed and composed--and it almost looks as if he's signaling his bodyguards to stand down.

That's a pretty awesome idea, actually. I think adding a cigar really changes the whole character of the model... or at least explains the posing of that arm, anyway.

yeah he needs a hat three times the size of his head instead, just like a warhammer miniature.

Its a different take on the heroic scale style which IIRC citadel originated.

I like that he actually looks like he's wearing warcaster armor.

A Gary Morley reference! Nice.

It's anime-silly, and quite frankly, bizzare.
