I find it funny that on the back of the nids codex, its copyright for the hive fleet names
does this mean they think you cant use Leviathan, or Kraken (because these are words nobody is entitled to) or specifically "Hive Fleet Leviathan" etc...

its all about the way you use the words I guess...

I still wonder if "gork" and "mork" are tm or copy right?
